For the first three days in France we staying in a town
called Pernand Vergelesses. It is at the very northern end
of the Cote de Beaune region of the Cote D’Or section of Burgundy. You have to drive through the Hill of
Corton’s Grand Cru vineyards to get to our home. The place we stayed was absolutely wonderful
and our hosts had amazing wine knowledge and experience. When we arrived they
had a beautiful Chardonnay waiting to share while looking at the Grand Cru vineyards
on the hill behind their home.
