Before arriving in the heart of Burgundy we made a detour
and stopped in a little hill top town called Vezelay. It is a World Heritage Site and after
visiting the Piazza and Church at the top of the town I understand why. It offers beautiful views of the valley
below. Don’t miss this hidden gem if you
are in the area!
