On our trip to Kansas City we
had the pleasure of having dinner at a great steakhouse called: "Plaza
III, The Steakhouse"
This is a very traditional steakhouse
with a great wine menu to match their menu.
We started with salads and soup paired with a nice Gavi white wine from Piedmont,
Italy. For the main entree, a beautiful Angus
filet paired with a nicely balanced Italian Super Tuscan red wine.
The Country Club Plaza is
modeled after the main Plaza in Seville, Spain and is a wonderful place to
visit when in Kansas City.
Simple, traditional but very elegant. A true Midwestern experience in the Plaza in Kansas
City!
